Terms of use

1. About the service

Drönartränaren is an online practice service for the theory tests for the A1/A3 and A2 drone licences in Sweden. It consists of practice questions with explanations, mock exams and statistics. These terms apply when you use Drönartränaren and when you buy access.

By creating an account or buying access, you accept these terms.

2. Who you are buying from

Drönartränaren is a service from DroneTreneren, Gjerdrums vei 10E, 0484 Oslo, Norway.

Send questions, complaints and other enquiries to hej@dronartranaren.se.

3. Account

You can try the service for free without an account. To buy access you need to create an account. The account is personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret.

We may close accounts used in breach of these terms, for example if an account is shared or content is copied.

4. Free trial

The free version includes 1 practice session and 1 mock exam per certificate. Free sessions can be replayed with the same questions. We may change what the free version includes.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Swedish kronor, including VAT.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, and access does not renew automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

You receive a confirmation of your purchase by email.

6. Access period

Access covers the certificate you buy (A1/A3, A2 or both) and starts when payment is complete.

  • 1 week gives access for 7 days.
  • 1 month gives access for 30 days.
  • Lifetime gives access for as long as Drönartränaren is operated, with no time limit for you.

When time-limited access ends, you keep your statistics up to the end date. You can buy access again at any time.

7. Right of withdrawal

Drönartränaren is digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, you expressly ask for access to start straight away and you accept that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has started, under Chapter 2, Section 11, point 11 of the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (lagen (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). You receive a confirmation of the purchase.

Purchases are therefore not refunded once access has been activated. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty; see section 8.

8. Faults and complaints

If the service does not work as described, you can complain under the rules on digital content in the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen (2022:260)). Contact us at hej@dronartranaren.se within a reasonable time after you notice the fault. We will fix it, extend your access, or refund all or part of the price, depending on what is reasonable.

If you find a mistake in a question or explanation, report it with the feedback button in the app.

9. About the content

The questions are practice questions we wrote from the training material and the rules. They are not copies of the official test. Drönartränaren is not affiliated with Transportstyrelsen or any authorised drone school.

We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass. The rules in force and official sources always take precedence over the content in Drönartränaren.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, such as the cost of a retake. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access. This limitation does not apply where mandatory law provides otherwise.

The service may be unavailable for short periods during maintenance or outages. For longer outages, we extend time-limited access accordingly.

12. Personal data

We process your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The controller is DroneTreneren, at the address above. We only process the data we need to provide the service: your account and email (via Clerk), payment (via Stripe) and your answers, which are used for your statistics. The legal basis is our contract with you.

We measure traffic anonymously and without cookies (Vercel Analytics). If you accept cookies, we also use Google Analytics and PostHog to see how the site is used so we can improve it. PostHog stores data in the EU. Before you accept, the Google tag only sends anonymous, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode), which Google uses to estimate visits and purchases from ads. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Contact us at hej@dronartranaren.se. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

13. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes are announced on the website or by email. Changes to your disadvantage do not apply to access you have already paid for.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. We would rather resolve any disagreement directly with you. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). Since we are based in Norway, you can also get free help from Konsument Europa, the Swedish European Consumer Centre.
